With our flours, in a traditional oven in the city of Oliena, in the heart of Barbagia, we produce one of the traditional Sardinian breads: carasau bread. Born as the bread of the shepherds of the Nuorese region, today carasau is one of the symbolic foods of Sardinia at national and international level.

Our bread is produced with natural mother yeast and baked in a wood oven according to tradition.

PANE GUTTIAU - is the seasoned version of carasau bread, with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and salt.
