We try to fulfill all orders ready for delivery in 5 working days from receipt of payment. All shipments are made by courier with tracking directly from the manufacturer. The tracking code will be sent by email as soon as it is available. In the event that the package arrives in obviously damaged conditions, we ask you not to accept the delivery or to accept it with reserve, in order to be able to open a complaint procedure. If the package is accepted with reserve, we ask you to photograph the conditions of the closed package externally and internally in order to demonstrate the damage. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can safely return it within 14 days of the item being delivered. We do not charge any restocking fees. The return process is simple: send us an email at email@example.com and we will guide and assist you step by step. Once the return procedure has been explained, you will need to contact the courier to schedule the collection of the goods you are returning. Please note that we cannot accept returns on products that have been customized specifically for you. You can return the product in its original packaging, with a courier of your choice. The return shipping will be borne by the customer. Once the products reach our warehouse and it is confirmed that they are in the same condition as they were originally shipped, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Most of the products you see online are ready to ship. Others will be made especially for you if you request it. The preparation time will be communicated at the time of the request. At the time of payment we accept most credit cards, Pay Pal and bank transfers. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. In the Account section of the site you will always find a summary of your order history.
